If you didn't receive your login details to access the Transform My Prayer online portal, then please do the following:

Step 1: Check your junk/spam folder (or your Promotions folder if you use Gmail)

• The subject of the email is: Your New Account. The sender of the email is: Iqbal Nasim.
• You can search your emails using the Subject or the Sender above to try to find it.

If you're still unable to find the login details email, then move onto Step 2...

Step 2: Reset your password

• Visit this page and click I've forgotten my password.
• On the next screen, enter your email address (make sure it's the same one with which you signed up for Transform My Prayer). Then click Send Recovery Info.
• You should then see the following message on the screen: If your email address exists in our database, you will receive a password recovery link at your email address in a few minutes.
• Check your inbox for an email with subject Instructions to reset your password, from sender Iqbal Nasim. (As always, make sure to check your junk/spam folder, or your Promotions folder if you use Gmail).
• Open the email, and click on the password reset link.
• A page will open up where you can create your new password. Once done, click Submit.

If neither Step 1 or 2 work for you... then scroll down on this page and fill out the Transform My Prayer support form, and our team will get back to you within 2 business days, insha'Allah.

If you're unable to join the Transform My Prayer private Telegram community, then please do the following:

Step 1: Make sure Telegram is not banned in your country

• Telegram has been blocked by a few countries. Click here to see the list of countries.
• If the country in which you live is on the list of banned countries, then you may (at your own risk) try to access Telegram via a Virtual Private Network (VPN). See this link for details.
• If you do not or cannot access Telegram via a VPN... then don't worry! All announcements that are posted in the Telegram community are also emailed to you. You're also able to comment under any video in the online course portal, where Iqbal and other members are able to see and respond to your comments.

Step 2: Make sure you have the Telegram app on your device (desktop or mobile)

• Visit this page, download Telegram onto your device, and then install it.

 
Once you have Telegram installed on your device, then (and only then) move onto Step 3...

Step 3: Join the TMP Telegram community using the link below

• Using the device on which you have Telegram installed...
• Visit this page and click the Join Channel button.

If you're unable to add the Transform My Prayer live drop-in sessions to your phone / mobile calendar via the AddEvent link, it could be either of these scenarios:

Scenario 1: You're trying it via your mobile device, and it's simply not working.

Scenario 2: You've added the live sessions to your calendar (e.g. Google calendar) via your computer, but it's not syncing with the same calendar (e.g. Google calendar) on your mobile device...

In either case, make sure you've done the following steps on your mobile device directly (not on your computer):

• Visit this page (AddEvent link) and click the Add to Calendar button
• Click the calendar application to which you'd like to add the live drop-in sessions - you should see 6 options: Apple, Google, Office 365, Outlook, Outlook.com, Yahoo
• Once you select one of the options, it should open up a window for you to sign in to your calendar application (or if you're already signed in, then the calendar application will open up and you can confirm to Add / Subscribe to the Transform My Prayer calendar)

 
If you've done the above on your mobile device and the live drop-in sessions are still not appearing in your mobile device calendar, then try the following...

• Make sure the Transform My Prayer calendar is selected to show / be visible in your calendar application. For example, in the Google Calendar mobile app, you can click the 3 lines in the top-left of the screen, under your Gmail account calendars click 'Show more', and make sure the Transform My Prayer calendar is checked (✔️).

If that doesn't resolve the issue, then please see the links below in the AddEvent Help Center:

• In the Kajabi app, click on the three dots in the right hand corner.
• Logout of the Kajabi app.
• Then log in again. You should see Transform My Prayer added to your courses now. 

The Transform My Prayer course is pre-recorded, on-demand and self-paced.

To supplement your journey, we have regular live drop-in sessions. These are not compulsory, nor are they essential to the core Transform My Prayer programme, which is available to you in your online portal.

Your focus and priority, especially if you are new to the programme, should be to complete the core pre-recorded material in the portal as it’s released to you on a weekly basis. The majority of questions you might have are likely to be covered there.

The purpose of the live drop-in sessions is to:

• facilitate some direct engagement in a group session
• recap on some aspect of the overall material
• take your further questions in relation to the core programme content

Full recordings of live drop-in sessions will not be made available. We encourage you to do your best to attend live.

But whenever you’re unable to attend live…

Recordings of select Q&As from each live drop-in session will be posted on Iqbal's YouTube channel and shared in the private TMP Telegram community in the days after each session, insha’Allah.

You should automatically see all the timings based on your local time zone. (The system will automatically detect your time zone based on your location.)

If, for some reason, the timings are not showing based on your local time zone, then simply click the Time shown in button and select your time zone.

Then all the timings should show based on your local time zone.

To give you time to reflect on, implement and practise the learnings in your actual prayers in a staged way.

This becomes especially important from Step 5 onwards.

In this way, you slowly build and strengthen better prayer habits.

If it's all in one go, it becomes overwhelming and difficult to build up gradually.

This way, you also have something to look forward to :)

Iqbal and his team are unable to answer any personal or fiqh related questions via email. Our advice in this situation is to refer to a local trusted authority (imam / scholar) or masjid.
