If you didn't receive your login details to access the Transform My Prayer online portal, then please do the following:

Step 1: Check your junk/spam folder (or your Promotions folder if you use Gmail)

• The subject of the email is: Your New Account. The sender of the email is: Iqbal Nasim.
• You can search your emails using the Subject or the Sender above to try to find it.

If you're still unable to find the login details email, then move onto Step 2...

Step 2: Reset your password

• Visit this page and click I've forgotten my password.
• On the next screen, enter your email address (make sure it's the same one with which you signed up for Transform My Prayer). Then click Send Recovery Info.
• You should then see the following message on the screen: If your email address exists in our database, you will receive a password recovery link at your email address in a few minutes.
• Check your inbox for an email with subject Instructions to reset your password, from sender Iqbal Nasim. (As always, make sure to check your junk/spam folder, or your Promotions folder if you use Gmail).
• Open the email, and click on the password reset link.
• A page will open up where you can create your new password. Once done, click Submit.

If neither Step 1 or 2 work for you... then scroll down on this page and fill out the Transform My Prayer support form, and our team will get back to you within 2 business days, insha'Allah.

• In the Kajabi app, click on the three dots in the right hand corner.
• Logout of the Kajabi app.
• Then log in again. You should see Transform My Prayer added to your courses now. 

To give you time to reflect on, implement and practise the learnings in your actual prayers in a staged way.

This becomes especially important from Step 5 onwards.

In this way, you slowly build and strengthen better prayer habits.

If it's all in one go, it becomes overwhelming and difficult to build up gradually.

This way, you also have something to look forward to :)

Iqbal and his team are unable to answer any personal or fiqh related questions via email. Our advice in this situation is to refer to a local trusted authority (imam / scholar) or masjid.

However, during the live drop-in sessions, you may ask / submit your question directly to Iqbal. It will then be at his discretion whether or not to address your question.
